Ingredients
- 12 – Green Chili
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 3 Tbsp Gram Flour
- 11.2 Tbsp Crushed Peanutes
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1.2 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1.2 Tsp Methi Powder
- 1.2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1.2 Tsp Cumin Powder
Instructions
How to make Besan ki Bharwan Mirch | Stuffed Green Chilies recipe:
- Take green chilies and make cut in middle center. Then remove extra seeds part by spoon.
- Take 1 tbsp. oil and put it in the pan.
- Add 3 tbsp. gram flour in the pan. Then add 1 ½ tbsp. fresh crushed peanuts. Roast it perfectly.
- Add salt as per taste, 1 tbsp. cumin powder, ½ tbsp. garam masala. Mix it well.
- Add 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Mix it well. Then keep aside for cool down on room temperature.
- Stuff the green chilli with gram flour mixture.
- Take a pan and add 1 tbsp. oil. Add 1 tbsp. mustard seeds, 1 tbsp. cumin seeds.
- Add ½ tbsp. fenugreek seeds powder and ½ tbsp. turmeric powder.
- Add all stuffed green chilies. Mix well.
- Add salt as per taste and ½ tbsp. cumin powder. Sauté well.
- Ready to serve with any sabji or roti.
Notes
- Use medium spices chilies, else the mirchi fry will be spicier.
- Add a tbsp. Of coconut into stuffing, for more rich flavour.
- The chilly fry taste great by squeezing a tbsp. of lemon juice at the end. You can add lemon juice as per your taste.
- Serve stuffed mirchi fry immediately or stays good for a week when refrigerated.
