How to make Coconut Nankhatai Recipe | Eggless Nankhatai recipe with step-by-step photos:
1. Take a plate and add 2/3 cup [100 gm] thick ghee.
2. Add ½ cup [80 gm] sugar powder.
3. Mix them frothy & whitish.
4. Add 2/3 cup [100 gm] Maida.
5. Add 50 gm coconut powder.
6. After that, add a pinch of cardamom powder.
7. Add ½ tsp milk powder.
8. Mix it together and make a dough. Freeze the dough for half hour.
9. Grease hands with ghee and make small balls of the dough.
10. Make oven preheat on 160c° for 10 minutes, then bake the nankhatai balls for 20-25 minutes on same temperature.
11. After baking, ready to serve.
