How to Make Stuffed Capsicum Pakora | Capsicum Pakora recipe with step by step photos:
1. Let’s make capsicum pakoda. Take 2 capsicum, make cut on top and remove middle extra parts and slice it.
2. Take a bowl. Put 2 boiled potatoes and smash it.
3. Add 1/3 cup chopped onions, 1 tbsp. chopped garlic, Add salt as per taste in the potatoes. Add 1 tbsp. black pepper powder.
4. Add 1 tbsp. roasted cumin powder. Mix it well. Add ¼ cup boiled corn. Again mix it.
5. Take capsicum slices and fill the potatoes stuffing.
6. When capsicum are fill with potatoes, freeze them for 15 min in the freezer.
7. Take another bowl, add1 cup gram flour.
8. Add salt, 1 tbsp. turmeric powder, and 2 pinch soda in the flour.
9. After that add water ad required in the flour. Make thick consistency texture.
10. Take stuffed capsicum and put in gram flour batter. Make dip into the batter.
11. After that fry that capsicum into hot oil. Make sure oil on medium flame. Because the high flame oil temperature makes capsicum dark brown color. Fry when they become light golden color. Put out them on the plate.
12. Serve it with date chutney or green chutney.
