1. Cut the paneer into cubes and place it in a pan.

2. In that pan, add 2 tablespoons of corn flour, and add salt of the required amount.

3. After that, add 1 tablespoon of red chili powder and one tablespoon of coriander powder.

4. Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder as well.

5. Mix those ingredients well.

6. In another hot pan add 2 tablespoons of oil and place the paneer into it for shallow fry. Toss the paneer repeatedly in the pan zone itself.

7. Roast the paneer on all the sides and don’t overcook the paneer.

8. In another separate pan, add two tablespoons of oil and allow it to heat, add 1 & 1/2 tablespoons of chopped garlic and 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger.

9. Saute the ingredients well and after that add 1 1/2 tablespoons of sliced onions.

10. After adding that, add 1/2 cup of green chili and 1/2 cup of cauliflower, and saute the ingredients well.

11. After all this has been done, add sliced tomatoes that don’t contain seeds.

12. Add one tablespoon of red chili sauce, along with two tablespoons of soya sauce and one tablespoon of tomato ketchup.

13. Mix all the ingredients well and add the cooked paneer cubes to it. Check the salt and add it, if required.
